At FlexSuits, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, simply contact our team to get started.
Return Guidelines
- All returns must be approved before being sent back
- A 15% restocking fee applies, plus the original shipping cost
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our end
Exchanges & Refunds
- You can request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Once your return is received, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
- If already shipped, you’ll need to follow the standard return process
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
- Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve them quickly
Important Notes
- Returns must arrive back within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with packaging
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required
- Processing for returns or exchanges usually takes 1–3 business days

At FlexSuits, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at contact@flexsuits.com for instructions.
Return Conditions:
- All returns require authorization from us.
- Restocking Fee: Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns + Original sent shipping cost ( between $10-$20)
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.Items must be returned in their original condition
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except for defective items or errors on our part.
- Exchanges and Refunds:
- Exchanges or refunds can be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
- Items purchased with a credit card will be refunded to the same card.
Cancellation of Orders:
- To cancel an order, email us at contact@flexsuits.com before the order is shipped.
- If the order has already been shipped, you can request a return authorization following our standard return policy.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders:
- Contact us within 48 hours if your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect.
