Returns & exchanges

At Flex Suits, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at contact@flexsuits.com for instructions.

 

Return Conditions:

• All returns require authorization from us.
• Restocking Fee: Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.Items must be returned in their original condition
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except for defective items or errors on our part.

 

• Exchanges and Refunds:

• Exchanges or refunds can be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
• Items purchased with a credit card will be refunded to the same card.

Cancellation of Orders:

• To cancel an order, email us at contact@flexsuits.com before the order is shipped.
• If the order has already been shipped, you can request a return authorization following our standard return policy.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders:

• Contact us within 48 hours if your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

Important Notice:

• Returns must be received within 30 days of receiving the items.
• A restocking fee may apply to returns.
• We only accept items in their original condition and packaging.
• Returns or exchanges require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
• Please allow 1-3 days for processing returns or exchanges.
