At Flex Suits we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item we will be happy to assist you. Please send us an email contact@flexsuits.com  for instruction on how to return an item.

When you receive your package, you should examine it closely before opening the factory sealed product packaging to determine that it is what you ordered. If you are not satisfied with your order we accept returns by mail for orders that were shipped directly to you. The returned product should be returned in the same condition as when you purchased it, with all manuals, accessories, and the packing slip.

Should you change your mind about your order, we will accept return within 30 days after you receive your order.

We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund in-store on most items you buy online, up to 30 days after your receive your order.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning a defective item, if required by law, or because of an error on our part.

All products (whether defective or non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.

IMPORTANT: If a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.

On purchases made with a credit card, only the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by emailing at Contact@flexsuits.com. However, if we are not able to receive and process your cancellation request before we accept and ship your order; your cancellation request may not be effective. If we are unable to cancel your order before it is shipped, you may request a return authorization in accordance with Flex Suits standard return policy.

Missing, damaged or incorrect orders

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and in pristine condition. If you don’t receive all of your products at once, you can check that they have been dispatched using our tracking facility detailed in the confirmation email. If it’s not on its way, you can contact us Via the Contact Us facility on the Customer Services page or email us at: contact@flexsuits.com. In the unlikely event that the product is faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents.

If the product is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 48 hours via the Contact Us facility on the Customer Services page.

Important Notice

If you would like to return an item please contact us so we can provide you with details on how to return an item. We will refund the amount paid minus the restocking fee and original shipping cost.

 All returns must be received within 30 days of buyer receiving the items. Returns are accepted with our authorization ONLY. 

There is a 0% restocking fee for returns. Buyer is responsible for return postage fees. We only accept items in its original condition and packaging (new with tags), any item that has been worn, torn, or smells like cigarettes, perfume, body odors, etc. will be returned back to buyer.

We do accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the day the item was received. We will not accept any returns without an RMA # (return merchandise authorization).  Any packages without an RMA # will be refused and send back to you.

Please allow us 1-3 days to process your return or exchange. If you need an item right away please let us know. We will refund the amount paid back to your PayPal account minus the restocking fee.
